Excellent buying experience with Nancy and Sue.

Working with Susan was wonderful! Any time I reached out she was quick to respond. When I first reached out to Susan, it was rather late at night. She got back to me though, and by 9am the following day we had a showing booked for the house we wanted. The sellers were a bit difficult, but Susan powered through every step with me. Her knowledge of the market and what was acceptable on each type of loan was amazing. Even if I hadn't done my research, she would've known what to look for. The few problems we encountered throughout the process, she helped me solve. With her personalized approach, genuine care and support, and problem-solving expertise I would highly recommend her to anyone...even my mother. (And that right there is very high praise!)

Darci set us at ease from the first time that we contacted her about putting our house on the market. Her client focused approach, along with her knowledge set us at ease throughout the entire process. Her ability to keep us informed every step of the way, along with her professionalism sets her above the rest!

We made the hard decision to sell our camp and contacted Carole to help us. We had plans to travel there (from Baldwinsville) in the next few days and Carole met us there with very little notice. She gave us some great advise and we set a price (somewhat aggressive). Within a few days of completing the posting, Carole contacted us with an offer. We decided against it, but we had another offer a very short time later, which was exactly what we wanted to get. Carole helped us through the entire process and, although I am sad to give up the camp, I am happy to report that we closed yesterday. The entire process, from posting to closing, took under 2 months! Thank you Carole!
