Carol was the BEST
We made the hard decision to sell our camp and contacted Carole to help us. We had plans to travel there (from Baldwinsville) in the next few days and Carole met us there with very little notice. She gave us some great advise and we set a price (somewhat aggressive). Within a few days of completing the posting, Carole contacted us with an offer. We decided against it, but we had another offer a very short time later, which was exactly what we wanted to get. Carole helped us through the entire process and, although I am sad to give up the camp, I am happy to report that we closed yesterday. The entire process, from posting to closing, took under 2 months! Thank you Carole!
