4 real estate agents in NY, 13092

When we first started looking into the home buying process, my partner and I saw a lot of horror stories. The market is hard. Buying a home is stressful, and finding the right home can take months. Getting an offer accepted can take even longer. That wasn't our experience at all. From the first time we spoke with Karina, we knew we'd found the right agent. She took the time to explain the process to us, set up opportunities to see homes that met our needs, and was engaged and accessible every step of the way. She knew the market, and her expertise made it easy to find the right home (and avoid the ones that weren't as perfect as we thought!). Thanks to her, we also found a mortgage loan officer who helped us qualify for the NYS Homebuyer Dream Program, greatly reducing any financial barrier to closing. We went from casually looking for a home to closing in just over two months. Some of it was luck, but a lot of it was having an incredible agent. Buying a home really can be that easy.

She understood were the market was for my home. She helped me navigate all the things that the buyer requested. She was my voice in deciding all that needed to be done.

My wife and I have used Marie for multiple home purchases and sales for personal and our business. She is quick to get us information and makes her schedule work with ours. Highly recommend.
