Then she presented and advocated for whatever we wanted. She saved us money and was spectacular in guiding us through the whole process. She thought of many aspects of the process that we hadn't thought of and pointed us in the right direction. Cindy goes above and beyond, even after the closing! Cindy has also helped my husband and I with advice about improvements to increase home value and also suggested selling price. Cindy is an incredible asset whether buying or selling!
