When we told Kevin we were interested in selling, he was very quick to come and meet with us. Based on his analysis and the asking price he came up with, we decided to list the house. We had one day of showings that resulted in three great offers. The house sold in a day!! We could not have been more pleased with Kevin's service!

Samantha is kind, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. As first time home buyers searching for our starter home during the low inventory of the pandemic, our journey lasted just over 6 months. Samantha was there for us the entire time & never gave up on us - even after seeing 35+ houses and being outbid 5 different times! We thought we were searching for our "starter home," but Samantha ended up finding us a house with "forever home" potential. We will be recommending Samantha to friends and family for years to come. Thank you, Samantha!!!
