Sally worked with us for the better part of a year searching for a home in Syracuse. Sally was incredibly patient and simultaneously unwaveringly driven working with us- constantly searching and sending us potential candidates, quickly learning what we were looking for (even if we didn’t fully know ourselves!), dropping everything to go to a viewing with us, and so supportive of us whether we decided to offer on the house or (more often) decided not to. Sally is funny and kind and positive and steady. She has so much knowledge of the Syracuse area and connections across the gamut of housing and contracting work, and she’s a sharp advisor when it comes to putting together an offer. More than anything, she encouraged us to trust our gut - and every time we ultimately went with what we felt was right. We just closed on our dream house amicably and under asking!
