I began my search with Jenny for a home in late January. While looking at several different styles and approximately 12 houses, I fell in love with a home immediately but was discouraged from it as I knew the location did not follow within FHA guidelines. After a few more searches, I was reluctant to bid on a home that Jenny suggested was a "wonderful house". I knew where my heart was and would not/could not look past the home I knew was intended for me! At that time, Jenny suggested I look into Sawyer Savings Bank as they offer 100% financing. This process was very quick. On this same day, I was pre-qualified, my offer was accepted AND I was buying the house I knew was meant to be my home!! My mother past away last August and I found Robert’s card while going through her documents. I know she was tired and wanted to sale the home. Robert and his team was absolutely amazing, patient and kind with me and my father while we were in grieving my mother. They went above and beyond to help my father sale his second home.
