She was extremely knowledgeable about the community itself where the property was located and helped us prepare the property to be shown to sell. She showed our property every time she felt someone would be a possible buyer, jumping right in and not stopping until it was sold. Since ours was a vacant property, she took the time to check on the property each week which gave us enormous peace of mind, as we do not live that close to it. She kept us informed at every step of the process and always had a smile on her face and in her voice! From putting the property on the market, to the contract signing to the closing, Jo Ann was always there to answer any of our questions and supplied us with much information ahead of time to be sure things went smoothly.
