The property Jo Ann sold for us belonged to our parents/parents in law. For us, that made the sales process seem quite daunting knowing nothing much about the community where it was located, not having lived there ourselves. Yet, from Day 1 Jo Ann was professional and personable and a real go-getter. She brought an air of professionalism, confidence and competency the moment she walked in and put us right at ease that we had for sure made the right choice in contacting her. She had prepared and presented us with an extensive sales package of our property as well as comps for comparable properties and details. She explained how she would sell our property and gave us a listing price that made that happen. She was extremely knowledgeable about the community itself where the property was located and helped us prepare the property to be shown to sell. She showed our property every time she felt someone would be a possible buyer, jumping right in and not stopping until it was sold. Since ours was a vacant property, she took the time to check on the property each week which gave us enormous peace of mind, as we do not live that close to it. She kept us informed at every step of the process and always had a smile on her face and in her voice! From putting the property on the market, to the contract signing to the closing, Jo Ann was always there to answer any of our questions and supplied us with much information ahead of time to be sure things went smoothly. She was always only a phone call/text away. We can't say enough great things about Jo Ann! It was a pleasure working with her.(Many thanks to her assistant Margaret, too.) If we ever sell our own home, we will without hesitation list it with Jo Ann and we highly recommend her as a real estate agent to anyone who is looking for one.
