Cynthia was professional and compassionate throughout the sale of my house. She worked with me every step of the way. My house sold the first open house weekend. I feel that I have gained a friend. I highly recommend her!

I'm lucky just to know Dan. With Mr. Byrne representing us, we entered a bid on a real dream home. After a back and forth with the seller about us coming up to asking price (we could not), Dan stepped in and forfeited his own commission in order to make up the difference. You might want to read that again if you haven't already. Since the purchase, Dan has since become a valuable business advisor, encouraged my wife to enter Real Estate (she takes her exam tomorrow), and generally became a best friend. Like I said, lucky.
