I'm lucky just to know Dan. With Mr. Byrne representing us, we entered a bid on a real dream home. After a back and forth with the seller about us coming up to asking price (we could not), Dan stepped in and forfeited his own commission in order to make up the difference. You might want to read that again if you haven't already. Since the purchase, Dan has since become a valuable business advisor, encouraged my wife to enter Real Estate (she takes her exam tomorrow), and generally became a best friend. Like I said, lucky.
