I live 4 hours Upstate and I needed an agent I could trust completely. Pat exceeded my expectations. He went above and beyond his realtor duties. Pat handled so many aspects of the selling process. He worked on the closing of an open building permit, coordinating repairs for an oil burner issue, snow removal, arranging an exterior power wash and gutter clean out. He also helped to move items out the house and rectify a last minute water leak issue. I honestly don’t know how I would have managed any of this from afar. Pat was incredible.
