Sandi is a great agent. She made the intimidating process of buying a home stress free. She communicated well throughout the process, and was there to help every step of the way.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Joe Riso to find and purchase our new home, and we couldn’t be more grateful for his guidance throughout the entire process. From our first meeting to closing day, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us find the perfect place for our needs. What really stood out was how seamless he made everything—from navigating listings and showings to negotiating the offer and walking us through the final paperwork. He took part and the mortgage process, homeowners insurance search and provided insight into ideas for home improvements. He is a local Wantagh resident which helped us stay in our community but also explore pockets we didn’t know existed! Joe was always responsive, patient, and quick to answer any questions we had. Even after the purchase, Joe continued to be an incredible resource. We had a few ideas for home improvements and some necessary updates, and he provided excellent referrals our projects. M Every person he recommended was reliable, skilled, and trustworthy—just like him. If you’re looking for a realtor who goes above and beyond and truly cares about your homebuying experience, we highly recommend Joe Riso!
