Given that we are selling our house in the Gables area after 54 very happy years in Merrick, we wanted someone who had a deep connection to the community. From making frequent visits to the house to make certain that all was in order, to arranging last minute inspections by plumbers, utility workers etc., and even arranging for and tossing out a mattress that was no longer needed, Joanna went the extra mile and was a calming and reassuring presence.
