Very easy flat fee transaction. Tom was wonderful to work with. I submitted my info on his website which was very easy to use. He then contacted me with clarifying questions the next morning, which I greatly appreciated. I had offers two days after listing my property. Can’t imagine selling any other way. I was not able to check on the property regularly and was concerned about the oil running out, and the pipes freezing etc. Martin checked on the house regularly for me. I feeel the whole process went smoothly, and believe I was able to get top dollar on the sale because of Martin's efforts. I would highly recommend him.
