Patty was AMAZING! She was knowledgeable, patient, informative and a pleasure to work with. I turned away a few offers, and on the other end were very selective in what we wanted to purchase. Patty never lost her patience or tried to talk me into anything I wanted. She even steered me away from something I would've bought, that we would've regretted. The only regret we have with working with Patty is we've bought and sold, and now we don't get to see her. Once we're in order at the new place, she will be one of the first invited over!
