Given that we are selling our house in the Gables area after 54 very happy years in Merrick, we wanted someone who had a deep connection to the community. Since we are seniors who will not be around for the closing, and have no family in the area, we needed someone we could trust to handle things in our absence. From making frequent visits to the house to make certain that all was in order, to arranging last minute inspections by plumbers, utility workers etc., and even arranging for and tossing out a mattress that was no longer needed, Joanna went the extra mile and was a calming and reassuring presence. Very easy flat fee transaction. Tom was wonderful to work with. I submitted my info on his website which was very easy to use. He then contacted me with clarifying questions the next morning, which I greatly appreciated. I had offers two days after listing my property. Can’t imagine selling any other way.
