When I tell you James helped me so much, he went above and beyond!!!!! and that’s an understatement! On so many occasions he had to do the work that the bank should have done which is horrible. shame on you M&T Bank! This was the most frustrating deal ever, and i mean FRUSTRATING-if I did not have James as a Broker, this deal would not have gone through. All I can do is give him a million stars for this review, He cared so much that I didn’t lose my down payment, this man seriously worked miracles, couldn’t be more pleased!

Carol is knowledgeable and makes the process so easy. Our questions were always answered and she helped us make sense of the process which can get complicated pretty quickly. Her attention to detail also helped move things along and close the deal as soon as possible. She is great at following up with all parties involved so the process was never stalled.
