When I tell you James helped me so much, he went above and beyond!!!!! and that’s an understatement! On so many occasions he had to do the work that the bank should have done which is horrible. shame on you M&T Bank! This was the most frustrating deal ever, and i mean FRUSTRATING-if I did not have James as a Broker, this deal would not have gone through. All I can do is give him a million stars for this review, He cared so much that I didn’t lose my down payment, this man seriously worked miracles, couldn’t be more pleased!

Jimmy was excellent in all aspects. He guided through the home buying process and helped me in many ways. He is very knowledgeable and professional. He is on his way to being one of the best in the industry.

James did an amazing job assisting us with our new house. I bought my second house with his help , and later sold my first condo with his help. The price selling the condo was higher than my expectations, excellent job !!!
