After moving upstate I've decided to look for cash investment properties. I was ignored or given attitude by realtors who wanted to push properties of no interest to me but then Emily contacted me. From day 1 I felt like I was her priority. I explained what I was looking for and the 1st home I looked at was the winner. With Emily's help I was able to get the property and though their were issues with the property and town. Emily stayed on top of it keeping all parties informed till closing day. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Toni. She went way above and beyond what a typical real estate agent would do or quite frankly should do. Relocating my family to an area I don't know in another state was stressful enough but Toni made it her mission to put us at ease, give us recommendations, and stay in constant communication throughout the entire process. She's great at what she does and is a great person too, I would highly recommend her to anyone.
