We had an offer for way, way over asking price the third day, I think, but on Mary's advice, we kept it on the market three more days -- and got almost 30 offers total, if memory services. She knows this area and will really help you out.

Mark was an excellent agent. I was selling an apartment from out of state and he took care of everything that was needed starting with getting things ready to list to the repairs that was needed without any difficulty. Wouldn't hesitate to use him again if the opportunity arose.
