Of course, she was helpful in setting a price, and it certainly brought folks to see the house. She created great materials -- slide show, diagrams, prose descriptions. We thought we had a good product, but even in winter it was far more popular than any of us expected. We had an offer for way, way over asking price the third day, I think, but on Mary's advice, we kept it on the market three more days -- and got almost 30 offers total, if memory services. She knows this area and will really help you out.
