Cassie is hands down the most thoughtful broker I've ever met in NYC. I met Cassie when she was representing the seller to the Coop I purchased and she immediately impressed me w/ her knowledge of the unit and the local neighborhood. I was so fortunate she was willing to work with me to represent me when I was selling the same unit many years later. COVID put a damper on the timing to sell my unit immediately, and Cassie worked w/ me to find a renter as the market recovered. In addition, she was extremely hands on and personally let me pieces of furniture / accessories and staged my apartment. I ended up moving out of state and Cassie managed the entire transaction on my behalf - even helping to unclog my dishwasher with her bare hands(most brokers would've told me to call a plumber!). I can't recommend Cassie enough - I think her own experience of owning and living in a couple NYC neighborhoods makes her empathetic to both buyers/sellers and their long term real estate objectives. Although it may be a couple more years before we move back to NYC, we cannot wait to work with Cassie again to find our next dream home!

The sale of my apartment was complicated by extensive work on the facade of the building, work on the interior of the apartment, the replacement of the building elevator, and, finally, Covid19. Ruth was there for all of it. She guided us through the many difficulties and did not abandon us when the first potential buyers of the apartment did not measure up.
