A very hard sale
The sale of my apartment was complicated by extensive work on the facade of the building, work on the interior of the apartment, the replacement of the building elevator, and, finally, Covid19. Ruth was there for all of it. She guided us through the many difficulties and did not abandon us when the first potential buyers of the apartment did not measure up. She just kept on working to ensure a good ending. Eventually, she found the buyer we needed. Thank you, Ruth Reffkin.
