We needed some jobs to be done like painting several rooms, repair some closet doors, cleaning carpets and getting a re-roofing completed. We live in Lubbock and did not know who to contact. Neal went out of his way to help us get the house ready to show and sell. Neal gave us great advice on pricing and kept us informed all through the process. I dreaded selling the house but with Neal's help and always upbeat attitude it went by fast with no drama or missteps. I feel we got a better price than I thought we would due to his hard work on our sale. I would highly recommend anyone to use Neal Leven as their agent.

Robert was just awesome! We didn't have much experience dealing with realtors but we struggled with the few we had until we met Robert! He really knew how to help us understand how the process went throughout buying a house, he was so patient, we seen quite a few houses and he really knew what to look for and what to watch our for. Until we bought the house little did they know they remodeled for us and our kiddos! Him and his crew definitely know what buyers look for when purchasing a home especially for first time home buyers.
