Heidi is all around the best real estate person I have experienced

Heidi worked really hard on my sale. We got to within smelling distance at closing 3 times and the sales fell through. She persevered and we finally sailed across the finish line with the 4th party.....a cash buyer. We closed in one week. I'll never know how many phone calls , showings , or hours she invested. Heidi did a great job for me.

Our home sale was very challenging. Not only had we moved out of state and had no family in NM, but the housing market was super slow and so our home was on the market for over a year. Anything that could go wrong did go wrong from from GFI’s tripping to the electric gates being blown open and even a break in- and during every occurrence -no matter what time of day or night-Heidi made herself available to fix the issue or find someone (in a town where it is near impossible to find help) to fix the problem for us. Heidi went by our house every Monday to reset the security cameras. She checked our pond to make sure everything was still running and made sure the landscapers did their jobs. After bad weather she would go by and check everything inside and out. Heidi was always available to help us and to answer our questions and to put any concerns that we had at ease. We couldn’t have hired a better or more personable realtor.
