I've known Jeff for some time because of participating in various Church activities in the past. He was very patient with me (I had called him years ago and didn't make a move back then because of my financial situation. He did not hold this against me in the slightest). He gave me a lot of guidance, which was important for me, because I had no idea what I was doing. But, thanks to Jeff, I got an amazing deal that I would have never even been aware of had I been searching for homes on my own. It was because of the relationships he has built with others (networking) that we were able to discover the deal that I ultimately went with. He is very knowledgeable about all aspects of the home buying process and helped me get connected with multiple people that were a vital part of my journey. He worked well with my schedule and made many sacrifices for me to make sure I got the best deal I could get. On top of all of that, he assured me that our partnership did not end on closing day. He generously let me know that I can continue to get in contact with him should I need anything in the future.
