Susan was instrumental in the sale of my house in the North Valley of Albuquerque. The North Valley is a wonderful area, but quirky. The quirkiness is part of the charm. As a result, buying and selling a home in the North Valley can be a challenge. Susan Blackwell knows the area very well, and was tremendously helpful in getting the house sold. She has a knack for knowing what works and what does not work for selling a house in this unique market. She has my very highest recommendations!

Susan Blackwell is the best realtor I have ever worked with. She is punctual, thorough and super efficient. If there are any questions you have regarding the homebuying/selling process, Susan is there to assist. She makes sure you are properly educated on every aspect of the homebuying/selling process, so you are able to make the most informed decisions for yourself. I worked with Susan in 2021 when I first purchased my home. She made sure I understood all of the nuances of the homebuying process, even down to understanding the different types of inspections you would need to ensure you know as much as possible about the property you're buying. My experience with her was so great the first time around, that I also worked with her to sell that same home in 2024. I truly appreciate all of the time and effort Susan put in, to make sure I was able to get the deal closed, while also ensuring I stayed educated and informed throughout the entire process. If you are looking for a realtor/broker in the state of New Mexico, look no further. Susan is the BEST!!!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Susan Blackwell on selling my home. From start to finish Susan was an absolute pleasure and easy to talk to. She promptly answered calls and emails, keeping me informed. I highly recommend Susan to anyone looking for an experienced, reliable and knowledgeable professional. I was delighted with her services throughout the entire process of selling my home.
