Wow, what can I say about Brian, Lisa and the whole team at BHHS Fox & Roach - Robbinsville. They really saved the day as they came in and conducted a highly professional estate and property sale. Fortunately for me, Brian also found and identified several professionals I could choose from, e.g. closing lawyer, and for home remediation needed prior to the sale, such as, fire code, construction permits, et cetera; home remediation and sale were completed in less than two months. The communication software of BHHS Fox & Roach was particularly helpful as it let me know in advance when there would be a showing, as well as providing post-showing comments from prospective buyers.
