Just an amazing advocate!

When my husband and I decided to purchase a second home in the Delaware River valley, we were flying blind with selecting an agent. Thankfully, we lucked out with Kevin. He immediately made us feel at ease, and we felt like we knew him for years. We were coming from outside of the area, so had limited time to view listings, but Kevin was extremely thoughtful and efficient with our time. He was a tremendous guide, listening to our needs and provided carefully curated home options to view. Throughout the inspection and escrow process, he was a knowledgeable resource for pecularities of homes in this area that were new to us - propane, septic, well water systems, and he continues to be a resource even after closing. During negotiations, he was a forceful advocate, effectively shepherding us and the listing agent to a settlement everyone was pleased with.
