I've worked with quite a few agents in my time buying and selling homes. Many agents can sell you on their ability when you first meet them but soon you'll find out they aren't persistent enough to pursue the property you want. Nor do they have the skills to close Ashley is a truly masterful real estate agent. She is the real deal. I have completed several deals (both buying and selling) with her. I have never worked with such a patient, persistent and positive agent...ever. At this point, we have plenty of crazy stories from all the properties I've looked at and situations we've dealt with. Johnny is THE realtor to go to! My husband and I worked with Johnny to sell our home during the Covid Pandemic. The thought of selling our home during such uncertain times was nerve-wracking, but he immediately put our minds at ease when we sat down (virtually) and laid out how we should approach things. From that point on I knew I didn’t need to worry, because he was always on top of things, answered all our questions, and was very straight forward with all the information that we needed to know along the way. Johnny was also very straight forward with us when he would receive information from the buyers’ realtor or mortgage company.
