Karen did a great and very hands on job of selling the house. She conducted a few open house days to help sell the home. She was super knowledgeable on what helps to sell the home from paint to carpet to cleanliness. She was very organized with staging the house and walking people through and highlighting the important parts that enabled a sale. I would without a doubt go to Karen for help when buying or selling our next place.

Nicole was a blessing to have for our entire process. She was always ready to do the leg work or paperwork or any work really, very trusting and trustworthy, and kept us up to date on every move or potential move that was happening in the buying or negotiating process. She also gave us practical advice on virtually every step of the process and you could tell she really wasn’t in it for the wrong reasons, but genuinely wanted to help us make a purchase on a great home. Hence she pointed out issues with homes when we entered and she saw them; she didn’t just want us to get suckered or just make a deal already, but wanted us to know what we were getting into, pros and cons, you name it. Very knowledgeable. And she even helped calm anxiety or fear around various areas just by her calm and put together demeanor alongside the wisdom she shared. In any circumstance, I never felt pressure from her which can be an issue among agents; she was a true advocate and partner in the process, out for our best interest. Also, communicating with her was a breeze, whether call or text or email (we preferred text for most of the process and quick updates). So very practical too. She even gave us a thoughtful gift once we finally purchased our home! If I were in the process again, I’d love to have Nicole again! I’m very thankful we connected and she guided us into purchasing our first home!
