Karen sold my house that I lived in for 25 years. I had some work to do in it to get it on the market. She was very knowledgeable and knew several people to help me get the things finished in my house. I felt very comfortable working with her and her many years of experience. It Sold very quickly and over asking price! Thank you Karen!
Karen did a great and very hands on job of selling the house. She conducted a few open house days to help sell the home. She was super knowledgeable on what helps to sell the home from paint to carpet to cleanliness. She was very organized with staging the house and walking people through and highlighting the important parts that enabled a sale. I would without a doubt go to Karen for help when buying or selling our next place.
Working with Karen was an incredible experience. She answered all my questions and always kept me informed. I couldn't recommend Karen more highly and I would definitely use her service again without hesitations.
Had a very positive experience with Karen. Her communication and willingness made our buying experience wonderful. She made sure we were informed throughout the process.
