He gave us realistic expectations and kept everything on track. This was a difficult sale for us because we were selling the house that my family had lived in since 1963. It was time for Mom to move closer to me and downsize and Dean really helped make a difficult move much easier. I was managing all this from out of state and he was a huge help. He was kind and thoughtful and went above and beyond to make things easier. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends and family.
