Dean was a pleasure to work with and made selling my Mom's house so much easier.

Dean was incredibly professional and offered well thought out and honest advice. He helped us get top dollar for the house with only doing minimal cosmetic updates. He gave us realistic expectations and kept everything on track. This was a difficult sale for us because we were selling the house that my family had lived in since 1963. It was time for Mom to move closer to me and downsize and Dean really helped make a difficult move much easier. I was managing all this from out of state and he was a huge help. He was kind and thoughtful and went above and beyond to make things easier. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends and family. If I move back in the area he will be the first person I call to look for a house!
