I wanted to sell my property but I wasn’t sure if I wanted to sell it “as is” or make some improvements before I sell it. After I’ve touched base with a couple of local realtors, I didn’t think these realtors were committed to my situation enough to be comfortable going forward. That’s when Dean stepped in. We discussed the two possible strategies and I’ve decided to make improvements to the property. During the almost one year it took me to make the necessary improvements, Dean was not only patient with the pace of the work but he frequently had suggestions as what was trending in the market to increase the resell value. Dean was incredibly professional and offered well thought out and honest advice. He helped us get top dollar for the house with only doing minimal cosmetic updates. He gave us realistic expectations and kept everything on track. This was a difficult sale for us because we were selling the house that my family had lived in since 1963.
