On top of all that, she suggested an asking price significantly higher than the other agents we contacted, and she was right. The house sold quickly, over asking. The moment Kathy walked into the house, she noticed and appreciated its unique features; her experience, and also her love of architecture, were plain! And finally, the closing was seamless -- again, even though none of us were able to be there. Kathy herself brought the check to our parents' bank and deposited it for us. The last thing I'll add is that she was also wonderful talking to our father on the phone and explaining details whenever he was confused about any part of the process.
