Took some time but finally sold!!

Brian, ably assisted by hiw wife Jill and his father Greg, made the process of selling my house as painless as posible. Brian developed an excellent listing price that attracted many potential buyers and ultimately resulted in an above-listing closing price. Along the way there were the usual challenges, including dispositon of the furnishings and comments on the buyer's inspection report.
