Brian, ably assisted by hiw wife Jill and his father Greg, made the process of selling my house as painless as posible. Brian developed an excellent listing price that attracted many potential buyers and ultimately resulted in an above-listing closing price. Along the way there were the usual challenges, including dispositon of the furnishings and comments on the buyer's inspection report. Brian calmly guided me through these and other issues to an outstanding and timely outcome. Brian was always prompt to respond to any question or other communication. He went above and beyond what I had expected to help me with this important transaction.
