Brian, ably assisted by hiw wife Jill and his father Greg, made the process of selling my house as painless as posible. Brian developed an excellent listing price that attracted many potential buyers and ultimately resulted in an above-listing closing price. Along the way there were the usual challenges, including dispositon of the furnishings and comments on the buyer's inspection report. Brian calmly guided me through these and other issues to an outstanding and timely outcome. Brian was always prompt to respond to any question or other communication. He went above and beyond what I had expected to help me with this important transaction.

Without any reservations, we highly recommend Brian and his team to help you with your real estate needs. From the very beginning they made us feel extremely comfortable as we sold our first home. Their communication skills and honesty made the sale extremely smooth. They explained their research based process for a successful sale of our home and we were able to sell our home and finish the closure process in less than 60 days. As first time sellers we had many questions that they always answered respectfully and promptly. If we are ever back in the area and need to purchase a home we will be using them again.

Brian demonstrated great patience through a tough process of selling my home. I would have never have guessed that he would have been the broker to find the Perfect house for my family and I. I don't recommend many real estate brokers, but Brian is a "class act" and I hope to work with him in the future.

Brian was always friendly and responded at all hours with the multitude of homes I asked to research.
