Ours was a long distance sale from Florida, Gail went out of her way to make the sale process as easy as possible for us. Cape May Point rigorously enforces its rules; Gail met with officials on at least four occasions, mitigating some nitpicking by the town. She handled several minor repairs that showed up on the inspection report and installed a fire extinguisher that the town demanded before issuing /renewing a certificate of occupancy. She managed the title company's request for information, often without even contacting us. She explained the relationship of the property with sold properties. She is very friendly and outgoing but never becomes difficult. I had researched the value myself and felt she gave a realistic asking price. After the sale she continued to offer advice and help. A previous property bought with another realtor was totally unsatisfactory. I would definitely use her again and would highly recommend her.
