We have trusted Freeman Jeff Smith with around a dozen property sales for our family, and his latest performance reminds me exactly why. He managed to get our home under contract in less than 48 hours for well above list price. When sudden challenges popped up regarding old permits and buyer issues, Freeman’s experience and professionalism shone through. He calmly and expertly handled every obstacle to ensure a smooth closing. He is a true professional who consistently delivers exceptional results. Thank you again, Jeff!

Working with Barbara as a buyer has been beyond wonderful. She is very professional—not just with us but with everyone she works with including lenders attorneys contractors inspectors and the seller—and extremely knowledgeable. My husband and I relocated from San Francisco and we had so many questions about everything. Barbara went the extra mile and did additional research for us. She asked around so she could give us the answers we were looking for.She is detail-oriented listens carefully to what you need and want and takes your preferences into account. She held our hand through every step of the process. I had to leave for a trip around closing time and she even paid my husband a visit when the movers came. She made herself available and accessible and always had a joyful spirit. She endeared herself to our 4-year-old to us and to my mom as well. I have a lot of respect for her and highly recommend her as an agent. Thank you Barbara!

Jonathan made everything feel smooth and stress-free, he kept us informed at every step, and handled negotiations well. He listened to our concerns, and he was quick to answer our questions. He also took the time to make sure we understood all the options as we moved through the selling process. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
