Jeff went out of his way to work with my lawyer to resolve a very unusual easement issue. He also was able to put me in contact with different people to complete work that needed to be done to the house before selling. It seems Jeff knows everyone and was able to get various contractors to come on short notice and at fair prices. I would highly recommend Jeff and I’m so glad I chose him to be my agent.

You would be hard pressed to find another agent with Mary's level of expertise in our area. I have a marketing background and I can say that Mary is really skilled at identifying and articulating each home's unique selling proposition, and one that is going to appeal to the target market. This is especially important when the target is a niche market and not "everyone". We put our house on the market at a not-so-great time of year (January, which was unusually cold and snowy) and had a solid offer in less than a week, which definitely exceeded our expectations! She also communicated very clearly throughout the process, which was especially helpful because this was the first time we had sold a home. She let us know what was and was not worth spending time and money on as it related to staging the home for sale, and saved us time and money. Selling a home for the first time is a stressful experience but I could rest easy knowing I was in such good hands. I highly recommend Mary and her team!
