She was amazing…not just with us but with our baby too. She advocated for us and was always there no matter time or day. She was amazing!!

It is impossible for us to fully relate how important Nicole Yard was during our house-buying experience. So many times during this process, we looked at each other and said, "What would we do without Nicole?" She always maintained her professional demeanor, despite dealing with some rather unscrupulous individuals during the process. She always had our best interest at heart, would provide her opinion on what to do when we asked her for assistance, and would always point out the pluses and minuses of the properties we viewed. I think she works 12 hours a day, 7 days a week, in all honesty. She quickly returns phone calls, text messages and emails. There's no waiting around for half a day to hear back from Nicole. The minute she's free, she replies. When we couldn't be at a location, she would go in our place. Question about a property? Ask Nicole. If she doesn't have the information in front of her, she makes calls to get the answers so you can always make an informed decision. It was like having a third member of our team, except more knowledgeable, the entire time. If you get the sense that your real estate agents are just trying to get you to buy something so that they can generate a sale, drop that agent immediately and contact Nicole Yard. She wants to place you in a house that YOU want, one that makes YOU happy and fits your needs and budget. It'd be nice to think that everyone out there is honest and nice, the sellers, the sellers' agent, etc. But be forewarned: they are not. We ran afoul of a number of individuals who were in and out for the money and after accepting your offer will simply take a higher one while you're in attorney review. But, we can say in all honesty that Nicole is a step above the rest, and if you use her, you will not be sorry. Stop reading this review and call her now.
