Chris is a wonderful man. This has been the most difficult closing I have ever been through. Chris and Jessica have been there for everything we asked of them. There a million real estate agents and companies. Most of them can handle the easy, no problem closings. Few can handle a closing like ours and the many obstacles that almost prevented us from closing. Chris' experience as a broker and an appraiser in his former life helped us more than anything.

Maria "knocked it out of the park" as our realtor! She provided great advice and counsel and we were able to sell our house in 3 days at a price above the asking price (we got 5 offers at/above list price). I don't know how you can do better than that! We wanted to upgrade our home before the sale but we needed design guidance. Maria helped us make our selections for fixtures & colors and even went with me to Lowe's to help select specific items. She was very responsive & always returned calls/texts in a timely fashion. She also recommended great contractors for items that required repair. Overall, we were extremely pleased with Maria's service and would highly recommend her.

Lynda provided excellent advice prior to the listing which netted a very fair market price after listing. She worked hard to get foot traffic to the property which enabled us to sell rather quickly. Her knowledge of real estate and patience through the process were very much appreciated.

She helps you find what you are looking for, gives great advice on pros and cons of each property, and is very knowledgeable about the process and what to look out for throughout the buying process.
