Mark met with me after being referred of my home sales interest by another real estate agency. He was very confident in the house sales potential. Mark showed his expertise by being a fulltime realtor and knowing the house so well he actually lives in the same model home. He created a set of next steps and began with an Estate sale which he setup. After the sale he immediately began the listing process with a house cleaning and web pictures. Mark was engaged with the buyer agents and kept me informed with any issues especially after the home inspections. Once the issues were addressed, the closing went very smoothly. Thanks Mark!

What can I say about Nick that has not already been said. Nick is very helpful and it's very apparent that he takes his job seriously , does his research and really understands the workings of different homes and can lend guidance to prospective home buyers on things they should look out for, resources that they may be able to to get, even down to helping test the fire pit in my case. Even my family noted how helpful he was and that he seemed like a great agent just based on the limited time they spent with him during our home inspection. This home buying process has been overwhelming but not difficult with the help and support of Nick and his team and for that I'm thankful.
