Well, where do I start? Jacki was the best to work with. I shouldn't call it work because she was also a lot of fun to work with. Not only was she there every time I needed her, but she would also check in to make sure everything was going ok. She also was doing things she didn't have to. When something happened on the seller's side, she also helped with that, when she didn't have to. She was very fare with everyone. I ended up having a nickname for her. (The Pit Bull) LOL. Because she wouldn't let go of anything until the matter on either side was taken care of. So, if you're looking for someone that will be fair, fun and very, very professional give Jacki a call. I met Patricia by chance and am glad I did. She found me a bunch of homes to look at based on what my stated needs were. We found the home we were looking for in a short period of time and Patricia was great at communication my needs and concerns to the sellers representatives.
