She provided great advice and counsel and we were able to sell our house in 3 days at a price above the asking price (we got 5 offers at/above list price). Maria helped us make our selections for fixtures & colors and even went with me to Lowe's to help select specific items. She was very responsive & always returned calls/texts in a timely fashion.
