Victoria was excellent to work with. As first-time buyers we were inexperienced with some of the ‘under the hood’ things to look for in a home, but Victoria was totally on top of all of it. She would whip her flashlight out in the basement, telling us about the furnace brand or keenly looking at ceiling tiles for signs of water damage. We so appreciated her honesty and thoroughness - we could tell she wanted us to be happy with the home long-term, not buy something that would surprise us with issues down the line. She was very responsive and always willing to hop on the phone to walk us through the process. As we approached closing, she would text every few days just to check in.
