Maria "knocked it out of the park" as our realtor! She provided great advice and counsel and we were able to sell our house in 3 days at a price above the asking price (we got 5 offers at/above list price). I don't know how you can do better than that! We wanted to upgrade our home before the sale but we needed design guidance. Maria helped us make our selections for fixtures & colors and even went with me to Lowe's to help select specific items. She was very responsive & always returned calls/texts in a timely fashion. She also recommended great contractors for items that required repair. Overall, we were extremely pleased with Maria's service and would highly recommend her.

I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience with Mike. From our first meeting to the closing, his dedication and professionalism shone through. Mike really listened to what I was looking for and found the perfect place for me. He was always available to me, including evenings and weekends during the whole process. His recommendations were always spot on. Mike definitely had my best interest in mind, as if I were a family member. Mike also had wonderful recommendations for a real estate attorney, contractor, decorator, painters, and helped me with arranging everything, even after my closing ! My situation was bittersweet. Debbie handled it delicately. I was left my parents house, which was actually my grandparents house, after they both passed away in 2025. We originally met Debbie at an open house when my daughter was looking for a house. My daughter hired her as her realtor and she was so patient with her for the year she was looking. So why not give her the opportunity to do the sale for my property. She helped out with all the paperwork, open permits, logistics with staging the house for the one open house we had. Had 6 or so offers and accepted the first one about one week later. She knew exactly how to handle the business and we received alot more than I ever expected. I now consider Debbie a friend and will most definitely be doing all my families realty dealings. She is one of kind and appreciate all that she has done and will continue to do in her career.
